About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to focus on Ads Sales to support our Direct and Partner Teams. The position reports to the head of the Business Operations and Strategy team, which is part of the Finance organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving high-impact decisions by ingesting all drivers of the business, analyzing data, and interfacing with key stakeholders across the company. This role requires dedication, great attention to detail, acute IQ and EQ skills and effective communication of final deliverables to the team. This role will interface frequently with the CRO and CFO and requires the ability to explain the macro drivers on the business while zooming in on specifics where necessary.
The Business Operations and Strategy team is at the heart of ROI analysis across the company and is the engine of insights and strategic decisions for the CFO and C-Suite team. The team covers cross-functional initiatives and has specific business operations verticals to support Tubi’s business units.
This role can be hybrid and based in our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York offices.
What You'll Do:
- Leads a team and ultimately owns the final output of recurring workstreams (i.e. weekly business reviews, monthly forecasts, quarterly business reviews) while managing relationships with senior leaders.
- Identify and conduct deep dives into ad sales revenue streams of the business, cross sectional views of performance across direct, partner, and specific advertisers as well as specific revenue KPIs (cpm, fill, capacity). Opportunity to partner with ad sales operations and uncover opportunities for improvement and efficiency as well as work with ad product to quantify and track new and launched offerings.
- Identifying highest priorities for the business and fleshing out road maps for parallel projects with the goal of: creating operational visibility to all aspects of the business, driving ROI-based decision-making, presenting analytical performance of company KPIs and initiatives, story boarding and fleshing out C-suite presentations to drive strategy discussions.
Your Background:
- 10+ years analytical/financial work experience, with 5+ years of experience working closely with sales teams in a sales operations or sales finance role, preferably within the adtech space
- 3+ years leading teams, managing priorities, and presenting to senior leadership
- Advanced SQL, Google Slides and Sheets (or MS equivalent)
- Flexibility and willingness to pivot to new priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think quickly, take on challenges, and problem solve
- Ability to multi-task, with a results-orientation and ability to manage tight timelines
- Strong grasp of statistical concepts
- Experience with visualization tools (i.e. Periscope, Looker, Tableau), and in using data to support a hypothesis or idea

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
