About us:

cyber•Fund is an investment fund which is dedicated to partnering with founders from genesis to growth stage and beyond. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to an open cybernetic economy by backing entrepreneurs innovating at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics and adjacent technologies.

Since 2014, we have worked with leading crypto teams and actively contributed to projects such as P2P.org, nil.foundation , and the Lido DAO . We assist with everything from operational and technological decisions to security and research questions, helping companies go from zero to one.

Position Overview:

As part of the Business Operations Team, you will play a key role in translating strategic vision into operational reality. Your focus will be on:

  1. Driving strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the team to ensure decisions are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

  2. Supporting business planning by helping departments shape their strategic agendas, define priorities, and break them down into actionable workstreams.

  3. Providing data-driven insights through dashboards and reporting that support critical decision-making and performance visibility.

You will be both a strategic thinker and an execution driver — ensuring that the right priorities are in place, and initiatives deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and post-implementation review.

  • Translate strategic goals into clear project roadmaps with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics.

  • Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align decisions, priorities, and resources for maximum business impact.

Business Planning Enablement

  • Facilitate annual and quarterly planning processes by helping departments define priorities, set measurable objectives (OKRs/KPIs), and build actionable execution plans.

  • Design and run effective operational rhythms, including leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and decision-making forums — ensuring discussions are structured, outcomes are documented, and actions are tracked to completion.

  • Develop and maintain scalable project management frameworks, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor initiative performance against defined success metrics, providing insights and recommendations for course corrections.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by sharing project management best practices and coaching stakeholders.

  • Champion collaboration and clarity, ensuring stakeholders stay informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

You have:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Operations, or Business Administration roles.

  • Previous experience working at VC funds, PE, Investment Banks or financial organisations

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong experience in business analytics, or quantitative analysis-related fields;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Nice to have: personal or professional exposure to the crypto industry.

What we offer:
  • Work from anywhere in the world: we are an international distributed team;

  • Competitive compensation;

  • Well-being program;

  • Mental Health care program;

  • Medical insurance;

  • Compensation for education, including English & professional growth courses;

  • Equipment & co-working reimbursement program;

  • Overseas conferences, community immersion;

  • High degree of autonomy, no micromanagement.
