Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program, supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA). This opportunity provides an introduction to professional life in a government contracting environment. As an intern at Tria, you will gain hands-on experience, build foundational workplace skills, and explore how the federal healthcare system operates — all with the support of a dedicated mentor and a welcoming team. 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Administrative Support: Assist team members with organizing files, formatting documents, and maintaining records.
  • Data Entry & Review: Support basic data entry tasks and help review simple spreadsheets or tracking tools for accuracy.
  • Research Assistance: Help gather background information on assigned topics and summarize findings in plain language.
  • Meeting Participation: Join team meetings as an observer and note-taker, building familiarity with professional discussions.
  • Project Contribution: Assist with a team project under close supervision, contributing where appropriate to team deliverables.

Required Qualifications (Skills and Capabilities) 

Candidates should possess: 

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a new environment.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.

Required Education and Experience:   

List of the below requirements to meet the needs of the position: 

 Current student actively pursuing academic studies. 
• Prior internship or coursework in operations or business strategy is preferred but not required. 
 Any experience in school clubs, volunteer work, or community activities is a plus.
