Job Title: Business Analyst – Retail Alternative Investments
Location: Hybrid - Kansas City, MO - Braintree, MA - Denver, CO

The Business Analyst will support retail alternative investment operations by partnering with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams. This role focuses on documenting business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting the delivery of solutions that improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance the client experience.

What You Will Get To Do: 

• Document and maintain business processes for retail alternative investments.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing systems and processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the customer experience.
• Support the design and implementation of business and technology solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience within financial services; retail alternative investments preferred.
• Knowledge of alternative investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Colorado: Salary range for the position: $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD.
