Job Summary
Black Rifle Coffee Company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue across various departments in our business. This individual will play a critical role in tracking key business activities, supporting execution processes, and keeping initiatives moving forward—without owning the final outcomes themselves.This is a hands-on, dynamic role that requires intellectual curiosity, proactive communication, and the ability to understand and track the mechanics of what drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
The role ensures smooth project execution and alignment across teams by tracking progress, maintaining reporting tools, and facilitating cross-functional communication. Core responsibilities include:
Project Tracking & Updates
Gather progress updates from stakeholders, document status, and escalate blockers when necessary.
Executional Insight
Understand underlying processes and systems to support effective task completion.
Tracker & Dashboard Management
Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
Gap Monitoring
Track performance against revenue targets, identify gaps, and follow up on remediation actions.
New Item Setup
Coordinate and track the accurate setup of new items in systems, collaborating with relevant departments.
Sample Coordination
Manage logistics to ensure correct samples reach the right teams on schedule.
Cross-functional Liaison
Serve as a link between departments to maintain alignment without direct deliverable ownership.
Education and Skill Requirements
4–6 years in business operations, project coordination, or sales support.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking platforms (Airtable, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Ability to understand and navigate business processes.
Comfortable working across sales, operations, product, and finance teams.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements
This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and nights work per events.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting is required.
Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.
Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
Ability to work in a confined area.
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
