About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Falcon Complete team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Security Analyst, Program Management, and Management teams within Falcon Complete. You will assist with analyzing financial reporting, growth planning, and quality assurance. You will also focus on business process documentation and maturing the Falcon Complete business. This role will work closely with leadership, project owners, SMEs, and multiple CrowdStrike departments to document current and future state business processes, pain points, and gap requirements. Your duties will generally vary based on the current business need.
What You'll Do:
Actively participate in discussions with the business to analyze and define processes, including pain points, key gaps, metrics and improvement areas. Identify and implements process improvements
Partner with the business to understand challenges and process impacts in order achieve business objectives
Execute on continuous process improvements through metrics and reporting
Identify key data and process sources and determine the source of truth through analysis and validations
Assist with the management of Falcon Complete key performance metrics
Create reports and dashboards for team and leadership visibility of metrics and goal performance
Outline project timelines, resource requirements, and project stakeholders and report accordingly to the requesting team
Provide status reporting of project milestones, deliverable dependencies, risks, and issues
Manage customer communication and documentation programs to ensure consistent, accurate information is provided to internal and external customers
Train and assist employees to use new systems or process frameworks
Assist with quality assurance and address discrepencies as needed
What You'll Need:
Associate’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in process architecture, gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience in business process improvement and project management
Demonstrated experience applying business process improvement methodology to drive process improvements
Strong understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership and external customers
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute and document ideas and concepts with minimal day-to-day direction
Forward thinking individual that has a balance of practical hands-on technical and business process experience
Intermediate experience with Excel is required
Experience with the following is preferred: Jira, Salesforce, Gainsight, Domo, Splunk

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
