Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role is on the Dealer Health & Compensation team within the Retail Wireless Sales Operations organization.
The mission of the team is to:
- Oversee dealer network health, identify and address under-performing dealers while recommending strategies for improvement
- Develop and manage commission plans and promotional campaigns that align sales targets with company goals and budget
- Build and manage P&L financial models to understand how changes in the business will impact dealer profitability
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the retail wireless commission and reimbursement 3rd party platform
- Work closely with Commissions IT to ensure data feed integrity and accuracy, especially prior to business/compensation changes
- Drive solution implementation from concept phase through deployment
- Manage escalations related to all aspects of the compensation platform and drive resolutions in a timely manner
- Interface with all levels of the sales organization, account managers, and partners to investigate and address payment impacting issues
- Document and track business requirements
- Own the creation and maintenance of compensation business rules in partnership with the legal team
- Assist with cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track and measure KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting customer, retailer, or internal performance and develop solutions to address them
- Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and systems to optimize operations
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends and proactively recommend improvements
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of telecom, operations, project management, or business analytics related experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to extract and manipulate large data sets across multiple applications
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to convey findings from complex data sets with the use of easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and observations
- Ability to elicit business requirements from various stakeholders including IT, marketing, finance, etc.
- Some experience with SQL and ability to write basic queries
- Experience driving process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
