Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert for Billing & Credit towards device financing, ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer experience
• Identify trends and key metrics to guide leadership in enhancing operational performance
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, documentation, and best practices around device financing
• Provide data-backed recommendations that support goals and team initiatives
• Conduct data analysis to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and quality

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely to leadership
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macros
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Access is a plus
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Applications

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
