- Organizing Information: Helping us clean up and organize data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
- Spotting Trends: Looking at our weekly numbers to find cool patterns (for example: "Hey team, we get twice as many customer questions on Tuesdays!").
- AI Exploration: Testing out AI tools to see how they can help us automate boring tasks, like summarizing long reports or drafting emails.
- Creating Simple Visuals: Turning numbers into easy-to-read charts and graphs to show the team during meetings.
- Brainstorming: Sharing your fresh perspective on how we can use technology to make our daily work easier.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Current High School Student: You are currently enrolled in high school and have a passion for learning.
- Computer Basics: You know how to use a laptop, browse the internet, and use basic tools like Google Docs or Sheets.
- Curious & Tech-Savvy: You’ve probably used AI tools for fun (or school) and are excited to see how they work in the real world.
- Detail Detective: You notice the little things and enjoy keeping things organized.
- Good Communicator: You aren't afraid to ask questions when you get stuck or share your ideas with the team.
What You’ll Get Out Of It (The Perks)
- Real Resume Gold: Stand out on college applications or future job hunts with actual data and AI experience.
- Flexible Hours: School comes first. We will work around your classes, exams, and extracurriculars.
