Job Description
Allstate Roadside is seeking a strategic and results-driven Data Analytics and Insights Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering high-impact insights that drive operational excellence and elevate the customer experience.This role is pivotal in shaping data-driven strategies by collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and implement analytical solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting solutions.
Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation within the analytics team.
Strategic Analytics & Insights
Translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Act as a liaison between analytics and business units to ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven initiatives.
Solution Development & Implementation
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and analytical models using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL Developer, and Python.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics outputs.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data science.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in delivering insights that drive business outcomes.
Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL Developer, and Python.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance, roadside assistance, or customer service industries.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics.

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
