Job Description Summary

Provide technology-enabled solutions supporting increased operational efficiencies and enhanced occupant experiences. Deliver best-in-class solutions focused on a foundation of cost-effective solutions, optimized operational processes, and extensive technical expertise.
Work closely with client and account stakeholders to identify potential opportunities to deliver value through technology and provide insights into solutions that support targeted outcomes. A thoughtful yet connected approach brings improved client outcomes and results in a strategy that is closely aligned to defined business objectives. Provide an open, data-centric, technology ecosystem that can provide short-term value and long-term flexibility as operational and workplace requirements change and new opportunities emerge

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of GOS client to include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.

  • Support the client to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives
  • Establish the data governance program on the account
  • Lead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects
  • Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investment
  • Establish Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards
  • Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements
  • Ability to manage key client and account team relationships
  • Design short term BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solution
  • Liaise with Client Analytics Platform to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirements and aligns with the data and tabular model
  • Proactively analyze the client’s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities 
  • Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools
  • Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards
  • Manage overall solution architecture, design and technical oversight of automation solutions
  • Drive strategic insights and leverage data visualization from both structured and unstructured data elements
  • Identify and document interdependence and inefficiencies between processes 
  • Collect, analyze and synthesize data for executive-level presentations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business operations to deliver automation and transformation solutions
  • Lead overall automation transformation program development activities 
  • Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream
  • Provide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platform
  • Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technology and Data Systems:

  • Act as the SME for all technology and data systems/tools used by the client and account team, including data visualization platforms, real estate management systems, and account-specific tools
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure team members and clients are fully equipped to use these systems effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, data quality concerns, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

Process Improvement and Optimization:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process simplification, tool enhancement, and data system optimization
  • Design and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the team and client account

Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology Experience in:
  • Business analytics or data visualization software
  • Data mapping and modelling
  • Self-motivated with a client-centric focus
  • Power BI is preferred
  • SQL is preferred
  • ETL tools such as Alteryx or Python is a plus
  • Being part of a software product team or BI product team is a plus
  • Handling commercial real estate data is a plus
  • Team leadership is a plus

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $97,750.00 - $115,000.00
