About the RoleThe BI Analytics Developer I is responsible for generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. This role involves integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Additionally, the BI Analytics Developer I assists in configuring and upgrading software, supports the operation of software environments, and helps meet the IT needs of the business.
In this role, you will generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or provide report information for end-users by utilizing system tools and crafting database or data warehouse queries and scripts. You will integrate data from multiple sources to produce the requested or required data elements while assisting in configuring and upgrading software systems. Additionally, you will support the operation of software environments by responding to incidents and solving problems, helping to meet the IT needs of the business. Collaboration with other team members will be essential to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and you will maintain thorough documentation for data processes and reporting procedures. Finally, you will provide support and training to end-users on report generation and data analysis tools, enabling them to effectively leverage these resources.About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).

  • Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience.

  • Certification: varies by business system.

  • Possesses a basic understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, and business processes.

  • Familiarity with software environments and upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and database management.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.



Compensation:

Pay Range:

$65,450.00 - $89,993.75

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
