We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn complex business and product data into clear insights that support better decision-making. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports, analyse business performance, define and track key metrics, and work closely with stakeholders across the company.
You will also contribute to the development of our mid-market analytics platform, helping ensure that reporting and business intelligence solutions provide useful, actionable information for users.
WHAT YOU WILL DOBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business intelligence solutions
Analyse business and product data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
Define and monitor KPIs and other key business metrics
Translate business questions into clear analytical and reporting requirements
Work with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure reliable reporting
Validate data used in dashboards and reports and investigate discrepancies
Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
Support ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making
Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, metrics, and data sources
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring work
1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with structured data and business metrics
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Ability to translate business needs into clear reports and dashboards
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
SQL experience
Experience working with SaaS or technology products
Familiarity with data warehouses and basic database concepts
Experience defining KPIs or building executive/business dashboards
Basic understanding of data visualization principles
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
$65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
