Business Insights Senior Analyst – FBO Product

As the Business Insights Senior Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making across the For Benefit Of (FBO) product suite, providing strategic insights that directly influence product direction, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. You will partner closely with product, operations, sales, and technology teams to inform decisions across the full analytical lifecycle, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business viability.

In this role, you will work primarily independently while collaborating cross-functionally to access and interpret data, modernize reconciliation processes, and identify opportunities for optimization. You will be a key contributor in defining analytical strategy, building roadmaps, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support both strategic and tactical decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide advanced analyses and reporting to identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the FBO product, formulating recommendations that influence product and business decisions. Create, synthesize, and present customized data requests, transforming complex datasets into compelling stories for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Partner with product leadership on the evolution of the FBO product suite by defining analytical strategies, supporting roadmap development, and ensuring data-driven prioritization of initiatives. Continuously optimize and modernize reconciliation and analytical processes to drive efficiency for both internal and external customers.

Collaborate with business leaders to identify and understand analytical and product needs. Translate business needs into clear requirements and deliverables, working closely with engineering and technical partners to ensure solutions align with data architecture, pipelines, and APIs.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of analytical outputs through testing, validation, and review of underlying data and methodologies. Proactively identify and resolve data quality, bias, or interpretation issues and clearly communicate limitations when necessary.

Identify business opportunities and areas for optimization through deep analysis of large, complex datasets, applying a strong product mindset and “big picture” thinking to recommend scalable, impactful solutions.

Manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment, planning and adapting to changing conditions while consistently meeting deadlines.
