Business Growth LeadAbout the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Growth to own the growth strategy and execution for one of our business lines.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, analytics, and leadership. You will act as the growth owner for your business, driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth by coordinating multiple specialist teams across the organization.
You will not directly manage all of the resources involved in delivering growth. Instead, your success will depend on your ability to align, influence, and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.
This role reports directly to the Chief Retail & Marketing Officer.
Own Business Growth
Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition, and key business KPIs for your business line.
Identify growth opportunities across the customer journey and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives.
Develop and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor performance and quickly identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks.

You will ensure all teams are aligned around the priorities of your business and that initiatives are delivered with speed and quality.
Analyze funnel performance and business metrics.
Identify drivers of growth and areas of underperformance.
Develop hypotheses and prioritize experiments.
Translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
Lead the planning and execution of major growth initiatives.
Coordinate launches, campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and new customer acquisition programs.
Ensure projects move forward by proactively removing blockers and driving accountability.
Continuously improve how work gets done across teams.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale processes.
Work closely with technical teams to leverage AI, automation, and Agentic workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
Highly organized and exceptionally strong at execution.
A natural problem solver who takes ownership and drives results.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Analytical and data-driven, with strong commercial instincts.

Experience in Growth, Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Startup Leadership, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of acquisition channels, conversion optimization, customer journeys, and growth frameworks.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with data and making decisions based on performance metrics.
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results.
Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, consumer services, or technology companies.
Experience launching new products or business lines.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and Agentic workflows.
Experience managing large-scale growth experiments and rapid test-and-learn environments.
Revenue and growth targets are consistently achieved.
High-impact initiatives are launched quickly and effectively.
Cross-functional teams operate with strong alignment and accountability.
New growth opportunities are continuously identified and executed.
The business becomes increasingly scalable through better systems, automation, and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to act like the business leader without the operational burden, owning growth outcomes and working with some of the best specialists across marketing, retail, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
