We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to serve as the front line of new business acquisition and help drive growth across our markets. This role focuses on customer acquisition and re-engagement of underperforming accounts, supporting both regional and company-wide sales goals.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you will -
- Travel through out your territory creating a book of business
- Execute annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships while re-engaging existing accounts.
- Collaborate with branch managers, regional managers, and divisional sales managers to refine acquisition strategies.
- Provide superior customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate activity and results reports, including Business Activity Logs and monthly/annual sales workbooks.
- Participate in relevant regional organizations and industry associations to build networks and drive growth.
