TL;DR – Why This Role Matters
We’re growing our Business Development team to cultivate the next generation of sales leaders at Scribe. Our Business Development team is the engine that turns curiosity about Scribe into revenue impact. As a BDR, you’ll convert interest from our rapidly growing user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, opening the door for our sales team to win new customers. This role is designed for high-achieving, early-career talent (≤1 year post-graduation) who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and want to develop the skills to become top-performing Account Executives.
About the Role
As a BDR at Scribe, you will:
Turn interest from Scribe’s fast-growing PLG user base into a steady stream of qualified enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
Research target accounts and key personas to design tailored, high-impact outreach that drives response rates and opens doors with high-value prospects.
Design and execute targeted outbound and reactivation campaigns that open doors with new accounts and re-engage dormant prospects, increasing conversion rates through creative messaging and personalization.
Build trusted partnerships with Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs that lead to high win rates and happy customers.
Lead high-value conversations with prospects, from discovery to light product education, to create champions and assess enterprise fit.
Launch new outreach experiments and playbooks, collaborating with marketing and sales to test, learn, and double down on what works.
Represent Scribe in live interactions, from webinars to training sessions, that help users see the “aha moment” and expand product adoption across teams.
