ProcessUnity is seeking a driven, high-agency Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in competitive environments, acts without waiting to be told, and is motivated to continuously improve their craft. Our ideal candidate is experienced and demonstrates high ownership.

What You'll Do:
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and fast-follow up on inbound leads
- Lead high-quality conversations with CISOs, CROs, Procurement, and Compliance leaders about their risk and compliance challenges
- Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and your own creative approaches to build trust and open doors
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate to build strategic account penetration plans
- Analyze your performance metrics and optimize to meet and exceed goals
- Share insights with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and campaigns
- Attend industry events and trade shows
Desired Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience

Salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 OTE
