The Role:

CommerceIQ is looking for a data-savvy, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing Revenue Marketing team in the United States. This person will be critical to identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers for our platform across strategic accounts in the enterprise commerce space.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and brings deep curiosity about customer problems and market trends. You’ll leverage our tech stack—Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator—to uncover insights and turn them into booked meetings for our Account Executive team. If you love creative outreach, analyzing conversion metrics, and working cross-functionally to shape strategy, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns tailored to specific personas using email, social, cold calling, and strategic outreach tactics
  • Manage and prioritize inbound lead flow, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification
  • Research target accounts and personas to surface key insights and personalize outreach
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and transition qualified leads
  • Analyze outreach performance data to optimize messaging, timing, and channel mix
  • Develop content and A/B tests for subject lines and call-to-actions that drive meeting conversion rates
  • Track and manage your activity and pipeline in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to inform campaign strategy and feedback loops

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years in a BDR or SDR role, ideally in B2B SaaS
Experience in adtech, martech, CDP, or e-commerce SaaS companies preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Strong understanding of data signals and funnel analytics to guide outreach strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal
  • Experience analyzing performance data (open/click/reply/meeting rates) and iterating based on what’s working
  • Ability to confidently support AEs and contribute to account strategy
  • Highly collaborative mindset with a self-starter attitude

Benefits & Perks:

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $67,000 - $92,000 per year.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at CommerceIQ. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses. You will also receive access to:

  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage
  • A 401(k)-retirement plan
  • Short & long-term disability insurance
  • Life insurance

  • Monthly reimbursements for gym, phone, and internet
