The Role
Your goal as an Account Executive will be to drive full-cycle sales. You will also be a collaborative partner with prospective customers, current accounts, and internal departments while becoming an enthusiastic expert with our Studio Designer platform. As an Account Executive, you will be finding opportunities and turning them into profitable long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Sales
- Manage the full cycle of sales with responsibility for prospecting into new accounts, managing pipeline and closing deals.
- Drive conversion/closure of inbound leads, Marketing leads and create unique deal pipeline via various outbound approaches.
- Primary focus on the interior design space.
Business
- Work closely with prospects to identify where and how Studio can add most value to their organization.
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally within the broader Studio Designer organization across various teams to build the best propositions for our customers.
- Delight every Studio Designer customer with each interaction and play a key role in developing the market reputation of Studio Designer as we scale and evolve our products to meet customers’ needs.
Product/Technical
- Deliver impactful product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative ways to get the most out of Studio Designer.
- Be the voice of the customer to the product team and other cross functional groups in Studio Designer.
General
- Make every potential Studio Designer customer happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size or likelihood of close.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Studio Designer products.
- Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using HubSpot.
- Embody our culture and values.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years sales experience in a closing role
- Consistent track record of building pipeline and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven experience selling services to business and technology organizations.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships across your team and the company.
- Capacity to be organized, self-motivated and driven to succeed and achieve goals, especially with remote supervision. This includes comfort in asking for help and openness to clear direction.
- Is comfortable and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A track record of being competitive, collaborative, methodical, and calm under pressure.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus.
Base pay range
$48,000—$50,000 USD
