Role Summary: 

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for technology and a knack for building strong client relationships? We are seeking an energetic and driven Outbound Sales Executive to lead our outbound sales efforts, targeting high-value enterprise clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technology, including APIs and integrations, to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the fintech, loyalty, and incentive industries, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration for new clients. If you're a self-starter with a passion for technology and closing high-impact deals, this role is perfect for you! 

Responsibilities: 
  • Champion the outbound sales initiatives targeting enterprise clients, showcasing our innovative technology solutions.  
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our technology offerings, including APIs and integrations, to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.  
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the fintech, loyalty, and incentive industries to build and nurture lasting relationships.  
  • Collaborate closely with internal product and sales teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and integration, delivering a top-notch customer experience.  
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets through strategic sales efforts. 
Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the fintech, loyalty, or incentive industries, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales target. 
  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of technology integrations and APIs, enabling you to effectively address client needs and challenges. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. 
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and foster strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. 
  •  Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities—from lead generation and prospecting through nurturing, qualification, onboarding, and ongoing client support. Highly organized and strategic, with the ability to own every stage of the sales process to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience. 
Compensation & Benefits:

Total Compensation: $125K–$200K+ 

This role offers a competitive base salary of $125K, with the potential to earn an additional ~$75K+ in commission based on performance. You’ll also receive equity in the form of RSUs and share in company success through profit sharing—making this a high-impact, high-reward opportunity.
