THE ROLE

This position is responsible for supporting the growth of JAMS’ customer base through lead generation campaigns. This includes following up on various marketing generated leads as well as direct dial campaigns that drive net new pipeline growth. This early career-level position is paid base salary plus commissions with exciting career growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead generation for net new business.

  • Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition.

  • Learn about and document client's automation requirements.

  • Set-up product overview demos for prospective customers.

  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information

  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B sales, software sales experience preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Experience with Sales tools and CRM systems a plus

  • Ability to professionally represent the company and its products

  • Ability to influence and persuade others

  • Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented
