Generate new third-party hotel management opportunities by identifying underperforming hotels, building owner relationships, and creating opportunities for ROAM Hospitality to manage boutique hotels, inns, resorts, and experiential hospitality assets
Role Overview:As we scale our hospitality vertical into boutique hotels, experiential lodging, and larger institutional-grade developments, we are looking for a BDR that can:
- Generate new third-party hotel management opportunities by identifying underperforming hotels
- Build owner relationships, and create opportunities for ROAM Hospitality to manage boutique hotels, inns, resorts, and experiential hospitality assets.
This individual must have deep, proven, and active relationships with hotel owners, asset managers, developers, designers, brokers, lenders, etc
Compensation:- Base Salary:
- $7,000-$9,000/mo ($84,000-$108,000/yr)
- Commission:
- Approximately $60k-$70k/yr
- Potential On Track Earnings:
- $12,000/mo - $15,000/mo ($150k-$180k/yr)
- Timezone/Working Hrs:
- Timezone: EST-PST
- This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify boutique and independent hotels that fit ROAM's management profile.
- Research ownership groups and decision makers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach.
- Build relationships with hotel owners, asset managers, developers, designers, brokers, lenders
- Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene and follow-up/nurture clients/prospects with a human touch
- Stay informed on ownership changes, distressed assets, and hotels likely to seek new management.
Skills, Experience and KPI’s

- Experience
- Experience with a relationship-oriented sales approach
- Experience with hotels or a strong underlying knowledge of commercial Real Estate

- Decision makers added to CRM: 50+/mo
