The RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth team.
You’ll be our first BDR in North America, leading strategic growth campaigns whilst working with our experienced, US-based account directors. You’ll report to our Growth Director and work closely with the Commercial and Product teams.
You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and trust from day one, and be working with talented people who care deeply about our mission.

As a breakthrough product, introducing new concepts to a market can be tricky. For this role we are looking for:
- Min. 1 year business development/sales development experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS - prospecting the largest companies in the US.
- Determination. Not every conversation will go your way. Belief in what we’re building, persistence and curiosity will make the difference.
- Creative thinking. You’ll use data, market insight and storytelling to connect with prospects in fresh and compelling ways.
- Ability to simplify the complex. Your strength will be translating the detail of our offering into clear, relatable value for our clients.
