As a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building our outbound engine, guiding and coaching a team of BDRs focused across various sales verticals. You’ll lead from the front—mentoring, motivating, and holding your team accountable to deliver a pipeline through thoughtful, data-driven prospecting strategies. You’re energized by operational rigor and relentless iteration, and you have successfully used AI tools to scale your impact.
You will:
- Own recurring KPI management for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline creation.
- Develop BDRs through ongoing 1:1 coaching, live-call feedback, pitch practice and structured growth plan.
- Collaborate on strategy and execution of outbound messaging, ICP segmentation, and multichannel cadences.
- Ensure the team maintains operational excellence in Salesforce and outbound tools, with clean data and activity logs.
- Bring insights from team conversations back to sales and marketing to refine positioning, vertical targeting, and strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
You have:
- At least 5+ years of experience managing or mentoring high-performing BDR or SDR teams, preferably in a growth-stage environment.
- Strong coaching skills with a proven ability to level up early-career reps through consistent support and accountability.
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and tools like Outreach, Apollo, or Salesloft to monitor and guide performance.
- A data-driven mindset and ability to translate activity trends into clear coaching moments or process adjustments.
- Experience or strong interest in fintech, or direct-to-consumer sectors, with a feel for the buyer journey.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with and adopting AI tools to streamline and accelerate your work.

Pay transparency: $110,000 + for base salary, depending on experience.
