This is a field-driven role for someone who wants to be onsite with clients, walking manufacturing floors, building relationships with business, IT, and data leaders, and earning trust through presence and curiosity. You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI transformations while learning directly from experienced sales and industry leaders.

·         Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry events

·         Represent Koantek at manufacturing forums, client meetings, and business conferences

Requirements & Qualifications

·         Prior experience in sales, business development, or hunting roles is a strong plus

·         Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build trust and manage relationships

·         Comfortable with onsite client interactions and executive-level conversations

·         High-energy, self-motivated, and driven to win new business

·         Demonstrated prospective approach to opening leads and creating opportunities

·         Does not hesitate to cold call, approach, and hunt for contacts, sponsors, and buyers

·         Willingness to travel 60–70% domestically

·         Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only)

·         Koantek does not provide H1B or visa sponsorship for this role

·         Preferably located in Illinois or Wisconsin (not a hard requirement)

Who Thrives in This Role

·         True hunters who enjoy opening doors and creating new opportunities

·         Professionals eager to be mentored by experienced industry and sales leaders

·         Individuals seeking rapid growth in enterprise technology sales

·         Relationship builders who value trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships
