Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net-new revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities within the Swiss Digital and Records Management market. You will act as a key growth driver, transforming complex customer requirements into scalable solutions that expand our footprint across the region. 

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will: 

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and qualify opportunities to acquire net-new accounts and upsell/cross-sell within the existing client base, expanding Iron Mountain’s Digital and Records Management market share in Switzerland.
  • Collaborate for Strategic Success: Work closely with pre-sales, operations, and customer care teams to develop winning go-to-market plans and deliver seamless solution implementation for clients. 
  • Ensure Commercial Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including C-level relationship management and price negotiations, while ensuring all activities align with organizational standards and Swiss regulatory requirements. 

What You’ll Bring 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 5+ years of proven business development experience, specifically in winning new accounts and selling complex solutions. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss business environment and the Digital/Records Management industry. 
  • Proven ability in C-level relationship management and the capacity to influence stakeholders at a senior level. 
  • Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in French is highly advantageous for this region.
