The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving growth by identifying and developing new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building to expand Enroll Here’s footprint in existing and emerging markets.
ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & Opportunity Development
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new market opportunities across the healthcare and insurance space.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and partnerships.
Relationship Building & Partnership Growth
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, brokers, and strategic partners.
- Represent Enroll Here at conferences, industry events, and networking functions to expand market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and optimize partner experience.
Sales Enablement & Pipeline Management
- Manage and track the sales pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and forecasting integrity.
- Collaborate with marketing on content, collateral, and lead generation campaigns.
- Support the refinement of sales strategies and feedback loops between product and customer insights.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor lead conversion rates, partner engagement, and campaign ROI.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership to inform business growth strategies.
- Continuously identify areas to improve process efficiency and sales performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare, or B2B sales/business development.
- Proven success building pipelines and closing partnerships or enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
