Business Development Manager (Health Services)

Remote Based role with travel requirements

Salary: Competitive

Type: Permanent, Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

Responsible for all aspects of intermediary new business opportunities across all business lines including Health Assessments, EAP, MSK and Primary Care.

You will need to achieve/exceed all role objectives including new groups, revenue and profit targets.

You will be accountable for the performance and delivery of meeting/exceeding targets, accurate forecasting and management of business pipeline to achieve/exceed business objectives.

You will need to work closely with other sales teams providing input into key sales strategies, tailoring services when deemed appropriate and promoting all things Clinics related both internally and externally.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide quality client service to potential intermediary customers in line with Bupa standards and reputation
  • Achieve sales activity requirements, including inbound and outbound meetings
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Bupa products and services, proactively selling these to clients as suitable
  • Provide quality advice and identify opportunities to sell Bupa products and services
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and influence sales decisions
  • To agree short-, medium- and longer-term objectives with intermediaries and formulate account plans to deliver against objectives
  • To record all opportunities on CRM
