Overview
Our client is a leading provider of live event production and audiovisual services across the United States. As they continue expanding their national presence, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, developing new accounts, and growing revenue across a wide range of industries. The successful candidate will help expand the company's footprint nationwide while supporting growth throughout the Western U.S.
Responsibilities
- Pursue new business opportunities with organizations across the United States.
- Prospect and develop new client relationships while growing your own sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and consistently close new business.
- Pursue qualified opportunities generated by the company's marketing team.
- Work closely with the operations, proposal, and production teams to support successful project execution.
- Represent the company and its live event production and audiovisual services to clients across multiple industries.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or outside sales.
- Experience selling live event production and audiovisual services.
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- An active, portable book of business is highly preferred.
