Lead US business development for professional services: identify, qualify, and win opportunities for business applications, analytics, Salesforce and Oracle services; develop proposals, negotiate contracts, manage client relationships and multi-shore delivery and resourcing.
This is a remote position.
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, residing anywhere in the United States to cover the US markets, to join our Professional Services group.
The primary focus of the Business Development Manager will be to identify, qualify and win new business opportunities. Ideally, you will have expertise in the following:
- Business development and account management of multi-shore business application and IT services accounts.
- Target, penetrate and develop new accounts in business applications, analytics, system integrations, Salesforce.com and Oracle Cloud/E-Business Suite consulting.
- Use multi-shore delivery model and best practices to develop solution offerings. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams for: requirement analysis, solution design, development and maintenance.
- Onsite and offshore manpower allocation & management.
- Should be able to prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
- Should have prior experience working with direct clients as prime vendor.
- Negotiate commercial contracts.
- Develop account management strategies and manage client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies and business models to create win-win engagement model with customers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to offer the customer unique perspectives, have strong two-way communication skills, understand the clients' value drivers and business economics and be able to have an effective conversation about technology services, offerings, and solutions.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of business development experience, which must include selling technology related services and solutions.
- Business development background in Salesforce.com and Oracle E-Business Suite consulting.
- Willing to undertake an extensive amount of business-related travel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. Candidates that have completed a Master's degree program strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of IT projects life cycles in CRM, CPQ, ERP implementations and support.
- Good understanding of RFP processes.
