We’re looking for a fearless Business Development Manager to join the Tebex team, spreading the word about our innovative platform and driving revenue to exciting new heights.
As Tebex’s Business Development Manager, you'll focus on identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities, building strong partnerships, and educating others about Tebex and its products.

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, act as the primary point of contact, and coordinate internal support as needed.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos to high-value clients and communicate Tebex’s full offering to new customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities in the gaming sector.
- Build compelling prospect engagement strategies.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and clients.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and analysis, identifying key opportunities for growth.
- Attend local conferences and events on behalf of Tebex/Overwolf.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Maintain CRM integrity by keeping calls, actions, and progress properly logged.
- Represent Overwolf at local events and support regional business development efforts.
- Support the company’s local business needs as necessary.
- Tame your own dire wolf and ride it into battle.
Requirements
- Based in the US
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, and sales management with a proven track record in payments and high-performance results.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a passion for helping others grow and a commitment to knowledge sharing.
- High standards of professionalism and attention to detail, representing Tebex and Overwolf with excellence.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to align with group decisions and contribute to shared goals.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities, capable of generating opportunities and building lasting relationships across the gaming ecosystem.
- Receptive to feedback and dedicated to continuous personal and professional development.
