  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, QA) to develop winning proposals
  • Support cross-sell and upsell efforts to existing customers by identifying opportunities and planning initiatives
  • Strengthen partner relationships, including managing communications and workflows with Channel Partners
Operational Execution

  • Drive continuous improvements by running retrospectives and leading process updates
  • Ensure the timely creation of pitch decks, proposals, and BizDev materials

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business development, sales operations, or client services, ideally in Healthtech, digital services or consulting
  • Proven track record leading and motivating cross-functional sales or BizDev teams and driving revenue
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, ClickUp, Float, Notion, GDrive)
  • Strong sales aptitude — able to communicate value, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working in distributed, remote-first environments
  • Advanced English fluency

  • Familiarity with proposal development, pricing models, or contract tracking
  • Experience applying AI tools in business development workflows
  • Ability to contribute strategically to thought leadership and storytelling
