You will:
- Identify and research potential leads through networking events and others;
- Represent the company at different offline events and meetings;
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients for our services: web and app development, e-commerce, digital transformation, product design, and digital marketing;
- Qualify leads through initial outreach and engagement, understanding their needs and challenges related to our services;
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively;
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities;
- Digital project management responsibilities (in case you are interested in becoming an Associate Partner in the future).
Requirements:
- Experience in sales / procurement activities (2-3 years);
- Experience with web / mobile app technologies (2-3 years);
- Understanding of the lifecycle of web / mobile app project development;
- Ability to efficiently delegate work to 1-2 people;
- Ability to plan for short term and long term;
- Ability to quickly establish a working relationship with new people;
- Fluency in English language;
- Upper intermediate level of Estonian language.
