Job Title: Business Development Manager – Customized Audit Solutions
Location: US Remote
About the role:
BSI seeks a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our customized audit solutions across the AMAS region.
This role focuses on new business development through effective prospecting and lead generation activities while continuously seeking opportunities to expand existing relationships with strategically important large clients.
You will play a critical role in shaping training delivery, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency that supports revenue generation for tailored audit solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Drive business growth by prospecting and securing new clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets, ensuring profitable growth and strategic objectives.
Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and business leaders.
Collaborate with BSI’s Global Internal and Supplier Audit teams and internal stakeholders to align with service priorities and strategy.
Engage with existing accounts through ongoing partnerships with Operational/Delivery teams to support retention.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating agreements into operations.
Support sales colleagues across the Americas in promoting Internal and Supplier Audit services to their clients and prospects.
Ensure successful deal closures and ongoing utilization of BSI’s auditing services.
Demonstrate expertise in BSI’s Assurance Services—including certification, assessments, software solutions, and training—to address client needs in internal and supplier audits.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Ideally 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
Ideally 5+ years of solution sales and business development experience.
Experience in prospecting new business.
Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Experience in assessment/audit solutions within a professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position can range from $84,800 to $106,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
