This role sits within the Developer Programs organization, which supports a broad ecosystem of startups, developers, and ISVs building on NVIDIA technologies. As part of the Developer Programs organization, the NVIDIA Inception program for startups helps over 25,000 startups in more than 100 countries. We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to support the expansion and success of our NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs) in the NVIDIA Partner Network, (NPN) through startup and developer adoption. This role will support the global strategy led by the Inception Cloud & Partnerships team and focus specifically on partner execution, relationship management, and driving startup and ISV adoption of NCP offerings. The NCP Partner Manager will help drive adoption of cloud-based AI infrastructure by both existing and prospective NCP customers who are startups and ISVs, aligning them to the Inception program where relevant. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partner management, GTM strategy, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is passionate about partners, startups, cloud technologies, and AI infrastructure and can drive execution while navigating a matrixed organization. Your primary responsibility will be to help NCPs succeed by driving offtake of their cloud capacity from startups and ISVs and ensuring NVIDIA Inception is the connective tissue between developers, startups, and partner cloud infrastructure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support execution of the global NCP strategy, helping partners engage and grow their startup customer base.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for NCPs and coordinate across NVIDIA’s Developer Programs, sales, and DevRel teams.

  • Help drive adoption of NCP offerings through co-marketing, joint GTM efforts, and co-selling motions, working closely with internal marketing and sales teams.

  • Manage onboarding, custom offer frameworks, and day-to-day collaboration with partners.

  • Build internal resources; sales collateral, FAQs, playbooks, to enable partner adoption and coordinate trainings, webinars, and pipeline calls to drive awareness and offtake.

  • Track and report on startup engagement, usage, and outcomes. Share startup feedback with product and partner teams to guide future integrations.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years in partner management, business development, or customer-facing roles in cloud, startups, or developer ecosystems.

  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML workloads, and startup buying behavior.

  • MBA/MS/PhD in a technical field or equivalent experience.

  • Strong communication and project management skills with proven cross-functional execution.

  • Experience working globally and collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Deep familiarity with NVIDIA’s platform and developer tools.

  • Comfort assessing partner technical readiness and working alongside DevRel and product teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • An ambitious individual with strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience with startup programs (e.g., AWS Activate, GCP for Startups)

  • Background supporting developer engagement, marketing and co-sell motions, working with or selling to ISVs or early-stage companies.

  • Exposure to technical validation processes or working closely with technical pre-sales, DevRel, or solution architect teams.

We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to outstanding growth, our elite engineering teams are growing fast. If you're creative and autonomous with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you!
