Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire and manage direct client relationships for IT/Non-IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a proven track record of building relationships with end clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct clients for IT/Non-IT staffing solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and procurement teams.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with quality candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of business with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or client acquisition in a staffing/recruiting firm preferably IT and engineering
- Must have experience working with direct clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
