About the Fellowship
The Business Development Fellowship is designed for students and early-career professionals interested in sales, market research, consulting, startups, and B2B growth.
Fellows may support prospect research, company mapping, CRM organization, outreach preparation, market analysis, and client-readiness work.
What You May Work On
Researching target companies, founders, CTOs, CEOs, and technology leaders
Supporting account lists and market mapping
Helping organize CRM data and outreach materials
Identifying companies with backend, cloud, AI, or scaling challenges
Preparing research notes before outreach
Supporting Fitzroy’s business development process
What We Look For
Strong research and communication skills
Interest in consulting, startups, technology, or B2B sales
Ability to identify useful business signals
Professional judgment and attention to detail
Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and company research
Prior sales, research, startup, or campus organization experience is a plus
Who This Is For

Eligibility: This fellowship is intended for current university students and recent graduates only.
