Job Summary

    The Principal Account Executive is responsible for acquiring and preserving new locums agreements by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers of clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. The role also works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the client's needs are met and exceeded.

    Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
    • Identify potential partner targets to generate new revenue opportunities and service lines.
    • Serve as the end-to-end subject matter expert on the service lines across all accounts.
    • Manage pipeline to ensure sufficient resources are appointed as volume grows.
    • Drive volume growth and achieve performance targets through demand generation and execution of placements.
    • Conduct outbound sales activity and visit clients.
    • Establish strategic partnerships with Third Party entities.
    • Expand market share for AMN service offerings.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
      Work Environment / Physical Requirements
      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate$101,000 - $126,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

        This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
