PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do 

The Business Development Executive - TruComply will lead business development for TruComply, our SaaS platform that automates lender compliance, F&I product cancellations, and refund processing. A successful candidate will be required to demonstrate various skills and qualifications required for selling software platforms within the automotive aftermarket industry, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling approach. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner teams to drive growth and help shape our go-to-market motion. 

In this role you will:

  • Identify and initiate contact with potential customers via follow-up calls and emails from researched leads, cold calls, web leads, assigned leads, and industry contacts such as lenders, credit unions, and auto finance companies. 
  • Participate and engage in an effective and efficient sales strategy. 
  • Interacting with and presenting to high-level and C-suite executives. 
  • Leverage your industry network and market knowledge to open doors and generate sales opportunities. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally; Lead interdepartmental team in sales engagement.  
  • Learn PCMI’s TruComply platform to be able to schedule and perform high level product demonstrations with potential customers. 
  • Learn/understand PCMI’s position in the Extended Warranty and Service Contract Industry. 
  • Search for new potential customers in the Automotive lending segment utilizing tools such as LinkedIn or Seamless.AI. 
  • Deliver high-impact demos and presentations to decision-makers, highlighting TruComply’s ability to automate F&I cancellations and regulatory compliance. 
  • Articulate the value of TruComply in the context of F&I products like GAP, VSC, and Credit Life, and explain how the platform integrates into provider and dealer workflows. 
  • Represent PCMI at major industry conferences (e.g., Auto Finance Summit, AFSA Vehicle Finance, NAF) to generate leads and promote thought leadership. 
  • Maintain accounts on potential/current clients with information using HubSpot and PCMI SharePoint folders; Conduct research on prospective customers (i.e., develop relationship roadmaps). 
  • Inform internal team members (Trainer, Solutions Team, SME’s) about prospective customers’ demonstration requests, and work closely with internal teams to align client needs with product functionality and roadmap. 
  • Drive sales activities using HubSpot CRM, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. 
  • Attend various conferences and industry trade shows events throughout the year to promote PCMI’s TruComply product. 

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.  
  • At least 7 years of prior sales experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, ideally selling into the automotive finance or insurtech industries. 
  • Deep understanding of the F&I lifecycle, including provider and dealer processes. 
  • Established network within the auto lending space — credit unions, banks, indirect lenders, or BPOs. 
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CFPB, CARS Rule) and ability to position TruComply as a compliance solution. 
  • Successfully achieving and managing a sales quota. 
  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn for CRM/sales purposes. 
  • Software sales experience, preferably in a SaaS based environment.  
  • Software industry experience in Automotive Aftermarket products, preferred.  
  • Knowledge of Third-Party Administration platforms for F&I Products, preferred.  
  • Relevant industry experience or understanding (Auto, Extended Warranty, Services Contracts), preferred.

  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
