Cerity Partners is searching for talented, bright, and motivated individuals with the highest level of personal integrity to join our Business Development and Client Services team to assist with daily tasks focused on delivering client outcomes. We provide outsourced investment services to endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors. As an intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Business Development and Client Services teams including assisting with research, prospect analysis, and client reporting.
This is a paid internship program (30-40 hours/week over the summer, and 15-20 hour/week during the school year) and a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment. This role is ideal for someone looking for authentic exposure to the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an intern you will work closely with the team to deliver on existing work priorities as well as participate in projects as needed. This includes:
- Assisting the team with prospective client tasks, including but not limited to data entry and identifying connections to board members at target institutions.
- Assisting the team in monitoring client correspondence. This includes, but is not limited to, daily review of emails, retrieving and saving documents (such as capital call and distribution notices, tax documents, audited financial statement, K1, performance, capital account statements, monthly/quarterly letters, etc.), creating reminders to ensure timely action is taken.
- Perform ad hoc projects and tasks related to internal and external requests.
- Reviewing team materials for accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
- Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related degree.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience.

Pay Range:
$25.00 per hour
