Interstate Parking of Colorado is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development & Client Relations Manager to help expand our presence throughout the Front Range while strengthening relationships with our existing clients.

The ideal candidate is well-connected within the Denver real estate and business community and knows how to turn connections into lasting partnerships. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and working closely with our operations team to ensure an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute new business opportunities throughout the Front Range
  • Build relationships within the Denver real estate and business community
  • Identify and pursue prospective clients and partnerships
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
  • Support proposals, presentations, and new business opportunities
  • Partner with operations to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Represent Interstate Parking at networking and industry events 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills and proven success rate with established business relationship opportunities in the Front Range
  • Established connections within the Denver real estate or business community preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable developing new business
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
Proven ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
Established connections within the Denver real estate and business community preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable developing new business.
Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus.
