Business Analyst
Job in Herndon, VA [Allows remote work].
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and perform complex data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement/decision making. Design/optimize/implement SQL queries to identify data variances and develop custom business reports. Handle bulk data uploads, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across databases.
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, data/telecommunications, or a related field.
- Must have demonstrable skills/knowledge in preparing network diagrams to present business data flow and optimize business processes that handle large volumes of data; performing complex data analysis and analyzing market behavior/competitor data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement; and managing projects and facilitating communication utilizing Jira and Confluence.
