Currently we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst, who is deeply engaged into IT sector. This person is going to work directly with our customers and development teams to propose the most effective solutions. The goal here would be also to make our internal processes faster and even more Customer- Friendly.
Key responsibilities for current position in our company are:
- Liaising between the IT department and company's customers
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable work items and modeling
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
- Utilizing IT data for business insights.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
- Producing reports on application development and implementation.
- 3+ years in an IT management position
- 5+ years in a technology-driven role.
- Experience in direct cooperation with clients
