We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support complex technology modernization and service-delivery initiatives within a public-sector environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership to analyze business needs, define requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of complex technology solutions. The role will contribute to initiatives involving secure technology infrastructure within correctional facilities and video visitation services, including system integration, process modernization, and enhancements to digital service delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements.
- 4+ years of experience facilitating and managing business process development, process improvement, or process re-engineering.
- 3+ years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications.
- 1+ year of experience working with correctional facility systems or correctional business processes.
- Strong experience with business and technical analysis within complex IT environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
