The Business Analyst will implement analytics initiatives, present insights, analyze market dynamics, and support decision-making in treasury management.
Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Business Analytics job is responsible for providing business analytics expertise to both internal and external agencies. As a subject matter expert in business analytics, this job manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects that extract key insights from relevant data sets to provide market insights and recommendations to management.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops and presents analytical reports based on findings through analysis and modeling efforts.
- Develops new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.
- Analyzes external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
- Advises management on actionable insights and recommendations through understanding of the business model and information available from research.
- Uses advanced data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
- Consults with clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determines the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizes, develops and continuously optimizes dashboard reporting for operations and management to enable data driven decision making.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of business analyst experience in treasury management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant business analyst experience
- Knowledgeable of Treasury Management and Payment products (ex. Online banking, ACH, wires, etc.)
- Experience eliciting requirements and writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Strong communication skills

- University (Degree) Preferred
