Job DescriptionSummary
The Business Analyst serves as a technical member of the 340B implementation team. Ensures timely, accurate service delivery as liaison between the internal implementation team and the software development team through which the proper client set up and requirements flow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Program Configuration Expert: Must be able to translate the 340B entity’s business specifications into the technical set up of eligibility, provider panel, service areas, and Admin Tool configuration;
- Configure the SUNRx Virtual Inventory system to support the Client Business Plan as outlined by the Implementation manager(s);
- Acts as a Virtual Inventory and Admin tool subject matter expert to the implementation team as to what the system can and can’t do while the team is creating the Client Business Plan;
- Acts as the eligibility subject matter expert – including creating the eligibility plan, managing the eligibility coordination, support completion of the cross-walk, and any client specific rules needed to load the eligibility;
- Ability to assess and design processes to ensure successful utilization of company business solutions;
- Deep understanding of the strategy and priorities of all business units and how they translate into program needs from implementation, account management and into product & development priorities;
- Works effectively with key business sponsors across all functional teams focusing on improving deliverables, process, and integration of technical and program needs;
- Works with a high degree of independence and project leadership;
- Once the client is live:
- Manages Virtual Inventory system changes needed to support the client—including Admin Tool updates, eligibility rule changes, crosswalk changes, addition of new sites/pharmacies, etc;
- Acts as a second level of support after App Support for client-specific issues. As the analyst who knows the client, this role would be the person most likely to understand how the client is setup and the intricacies of the client in order to solve the issues;
- Assists the Account Executive in reviewing volume and providing expertise in driving revenue and volume for the client;
- Provides recommendations to the product development department as to changes needed in the system to support business needs and client requests.

BS/BA and 2+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer Skills
Strong proficiency with MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook to create complex documents, manage schedules, and analyze data. Business user of multiple software applications/processing systems.

Work Location
This position works or from a remote location. Working Hours
This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonable meet deadlines for work deliverables. The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work nights, weekends or on holidays as required. Work hours may be changed from time to time to meet the needs of the business. Typical core business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

This position requires domestic travel of up to 10% of the time.
