The Role

We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst to turn our sales, marketing, and operational data into insights that drive decisions. You'll work closely with sales leadership, operations, finance, and client-facing teams to build reporting, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys both digging into numbers and explaining what they mean to non-technical stakeholders.

 

What You'll Do
  • End-to-End Data Project Leadership
    • Lead and manage data analysis projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
    • Design and implement robust data models, pipelines, and processes for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting
    • Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
    • Deliver insightful analysis on business performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks for business reviews and leadership meetings.
    • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of regular and ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders across business functions.
  • Advanced Analytics
    • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover deep insights from structured and unstructured data.
    • Conduct predictive analytics to support business forecasting, strategy, and decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance & Data Governance
    • Conduct regular data quality assessments and implement corrective actions.
    • Support data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives to ensure reliable and secure data usage.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a data subject matter expert, delivering compelling data stories and presentations to non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives, resolve complex challenges, and enable operational excellence.
       
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics, including senior or lead responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools.
  • Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex insights for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Industry-specific experience (finance, healthcare, e-commerce) is a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnel concepts (MQL, SQL, pipeline stages, win rates).
  • Experience with AI tools or automation platforms to streamline reporting and workflows.
