What will you do?
As a GTM Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology
teams, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will analyze GTM processes,
deep dive into our entire funnel, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of strategies and
solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at 2-3 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
This is a 1099 contractor role, not a W-2 employee position. The engagement is expected to last up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
Base salaries for this role range from $106,250- $135,000 per year.When determining salary ranges for our roles, we look at external market data and the salaries of Bobbers holding the same or similar roles. Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates' depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
- Document and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor GTM KPIs and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
- Assist in analyzing the funnel productivity, looking at measures like Conversion Rates, ARR, Win
- Rate and many more to help our team reach their goals
- Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and project teams.

We want to hear from you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the SaaS industry (GTM role - Advantage)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc.
- Knowledge in Salesforce - Advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of querying data bases (Snowflake or similar)- must .
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas simply and effectively.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment sponsorship.
- You must have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) in order to be paid as a 1099 contractor.
- As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits.
