Job Description
Chase Business Banking operates in over 5,000 branches across the country, providing financial services to approximately 2.5 million business clients. As a Business Analysis Manager in Business Banking, you will manage the entire lifecycle of data risk management and oversee the business requirements and shared spaces inventory used by Business Banking. You will ensure Business banking adheres to requirements set forth in policies, standards, and procedures. You will serve as the Champion for five pillars: Data Risk Management, Intelligent Solutions, User Tools, Record Retentions, and Privacy and provide oversight/feedback. You will be able to drive operational excellence and partnership alignment while working independently, navigating across the landscape of Business Banking and beyond, including managerial responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team and foster professional development through coaching
- Understand and document business requirements and end-to-end business processes
- Attend firmwide council meetings to stay informed of regulatory changes
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations to maintain consistency and trust
- Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy regulations and requirements
- Partner closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Control Management teams
- Develop and execute initiatives that support responsible business growth
- Identify and implement strategic process improvements and efficiencies through automation
- Introduce and enhance controls to maintain strong and sustainable processes
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Communicate effectively to manage cross-functional partnerships and drive alignment across teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Business Banking, Change Management Oversight, Controls, Compliance, Risk, or Audit
- Proven experience in people management
- Ability to think strategically and make decisions that align with business objectives/priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and proactively mitigate risk to clients and the bank
- Problem-solving capabilities with attention to details; solutions mind-set
- Proficiency with managing multiple tasks, meeting due dates, and balancing competing priorities effectively
- Understanding of operational complexities and their translation to risk
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, skills of the future, intelligent tools, and capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking processes, procedures, and internal business systems
- Technical proficiency in internal controls, operational risks, and infrastructure, such as CORE
- Experience with business and technical requirement documents along with authoring
